Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about this solution, requirements, assumptions and other inquiries

Can I access the browser from a network with no Internet access?

Any machine accessing the isolated browser will only need to access one URL using HTTPS (port 443). The firewall can be configured to only allow traffic to our servers on port 443. No additional configuration is required on the machines accessing the isolated browser

What browsers do you offer?

We offer isolated browsers using Chrome, Edge and FireFox. We support any main stream browsers to access the isolated browser

What is isolated browser?

Isolated browser is a remote browser session that runs on our servers and using standard browser or a custom app, users can open the remote browser and browse the Internet as they would do at home or at the office.

What kind of security measures are implemented?

All traffic is encrypted through the HTTPS using TLS 1.3. In addition, users are required to use password and a second factor authentication. For the on premise plan, organizations can use their own authentication and multi factor authentication.

What are the requirements to get this working?

For the remote browser isolation to work, users must have a browser installed (Common browsers) and port 443 to our servers is open. For the on premise plan, organization must have Active Directory installed. Assistance with deployment/configuration is available upon request

Can I move between the various plans?

Absolutely. Once you move between the remote browser plans based on number of seats, pricing will adjust accordingly. In addition, moving to the on premise plan is also possible without significant downtime.
